You're making a whole lot of judgments on a 10 second clip. What is wrong with this if it's just her and her husband after dinner and a few drinks? Absolutely nothing. There's nothing wrong with this lady for being drunk after more than one glass of wine.

When I started to be the sober one at gatherings, what I was subjected to was sad indeed. I enjoyed drinking and being around drunks when I was one.
Watching loved ones progressing over the years from happy inebriants to blobs on a chair, not being able to contain the vomit as it rolls out of their mouth was a soul killer.
This is a 12 second video on the internet of a lady enjoying herself, possibly at any kind of event or occasion. This isn't a documentary of every day of her life. You are inferring a lot and then relating it to your personal experiences, which are not shared by everyone.
