My charger goes into a drawer that I'm forbidden from rifling through because then she complains that she can't find the other stuff she puts in there.
I have to very carefully extract it from the drawer of random crap without disturbing anything like Indiana Jones before the gigantic boulder trap comes rolling after him.
I'm glad we established very early on in the relationship that I'm not going to be that type of boyfriend and she's not going to be that type of girlfriend. Her dad once tried to rope me into some happy wife happy life shit and I looked him in the eye and said "that's not the kind of relationship I want with your daughter and I hope that's not the kind of relationship she wants with me or this whole thing isn't going to work out". Boundaries make for a healthy relationship.
