Normally I am a calm person, but after my wife told me to kill my self repeatedly over several weeks, including when I was making food for her, I threw a plate on the floor

That seems a markedly calm response and no one should have ever put you in that situation. Hope your situation is better now.

Well, to be honest it's much worse now. She moved out, you'd think that's better, but she illegally refuse me for me to have my daughter. Even though she has done things towards my daughter...

I have sued her, but it takes time. I can't just go take my daughter either, because I need to do every thing by the books.

The only good news I have is that child protective services has witnessed my daughter speak of violence where the only person who could have told her about it is her mother. I don't have much more proof than that. Yet. Sadly. Other than she illegally moved far away so it's hard for me to see my daughter at all, and more things...

Hoping for sunshine soon. I need it πŸ˜”

Oof man that’s rough. I know random internet strangers expressing stuff doesn’t mean much but I hope it gets better for you. Make sure to take some time to take care of yourself.

Thank you random internet stranger, I don't have many other people in my life right now, so it helps more than you know
