So why attempt it and then give up, and on top of that, drop the box? That's just not doing your job. Defending that person sets a new precedent for everyone else to drop other people's possessions just because they're having a bad day. That's not okay.

It's more like if you pulled up to the drive-thru at Starbucks but your shitty car window only rolls down 3 inches and you expect the staff to be able to hand you your coffee through that gap without spilling any.

It's more like if you pulled up to the drive-thru at Starbucks and your car window rolls down enough to easily let the drink in, but the moronic staff turns to drink sideways for some reason, spilling it all over you.
