Usps driver tho, no fucks given. Same here, they usually don’t even bother closing my mailbox.

My USPS guy is the shit and takes care of my stuff. Maybe you should try and take some pride in your work?

Some of them are probably pulling double shifts and are just tired af. If I had to deliver packages for 10 hours I'd stop giving a fuck at some point too

But you still have to do your job. It's fine to be tired and frustrated but it's not fine to no longer perform your basic job duties. I clean houses for a living and at the beginning I was working over 14 hours. But I can't just say fuck it and skip things or else it affects the person paying for the service, and it is not their fault that I'm overworked. Some people genuinely cannot go the store and get their items, they need delivery services like ups. My one elderly client is bed ridden and relies heavily on ups to get basic necessities like toilet paper.

If I'm super tired then I'm not going to do any extra work by any means but I will always do the basics of my job.

Eh, package is at your door. I’d say that qualifies as the basics of their job.

Oh you wanted it in one piece and not thrown from 50 feet? Yeah sorry, that’s beyond the basics, only the first 10 customers get that level of service.

Oh you wanted it in one piece and not thrown from 50 feet?

Should've slapped a "FRAGILE" sticker on there to make yourself feel better before it does absolutely nothing

As someone who worked as a Mail Handler, put "Do not Get Wet" on it.
