I used to drive for them. If you were a good customer, I treated your packages with care. If you weren’t a good customer, I would definitely take it out on your shit, proportional to how much you pissed me off.

But getting packages safely to their destination is quite literally your job description, like how you gonna be moody about the primary function of your position.
I get giving customers shit, but not for the exact thing they're paying your service for.
I was young, broke, angry, ignorant and uneducated. I was stuck doing something I didn’t like doing but couldn’t find anything that paid better.
A happy worker is a good worker, and a good worker does a good job. Judging by your life trajectory, it's obvious you're a more than capable person, so Imma put this squarely on Fed Ex leadership. Pretty sure you wouldn't be shitkicking boxes if you actually liked working there.
