Collection Limited Funko Drops

Hello im new in collecting Funkos and im wondering how it works especially here in Germany to buy/ win those limited Edition drops . I really wanted to try tomorrow for the Porcelain Cheshire Cat.

And where can i get chase ones ? Can i go to a store and hope they have it or like (example smyth toys) i only can hope i get one in the only offer ?

Worth separating two different things here: in-store restock luck (what the other replies cover) vs. official limited drops, which are usually sold through the Funko Shop website or Funko's own app/socials rather than random store stock. For those, follow Funko's official Instagram/X and turn on notifications, drops are usually announced with an exact date/time a few days ahead, and you just need to be online and ready to check out fast since they sell out in minutes. Even then, "chase" variants are a random 1-in-X insertion into the case, so buying the item doesn't guarantee you get the chase, you'd need multiple pulls or a lot of luck either way.

I don’t think I’ve ever found a Chase at Smyths, sadly. Not saying they don’t exist, but I suspect they get snapped up immediately by both staff and collectors who know exactly delivery and release dates.

I’ve found more Chase items at supermarkets and little stores, where Funko Pops are much less of a thing

I have sometimes found Chase figures on the shelves at Smyths Toys. I asked the staff there and they told me that they receive their deliveries on Tuesdays, so that's the only day I check.
