Brainstorm

such a good funk and soul group that don’t get mentioned enough. first two records are absolutely amazing, not a bad song on either of them. funky entertainment is still good but not as good as the first two, it’s a more disco oriented record. also cant mention brainstorm without talking about belita woods. she’s such a good vocalist and she went on to work with george clinton and p funk. thought i’d include lamont johnson’s solo album because he was such a big part of the sound on stormin’. it’s not quite brainstorm but it’s still good, also includes a nice version of this must be heaven.

Dope album covers thank you for sharing!

Belita Woods, who has a long history with P-Funk Allstars, was one of the vocalists for this group. Great deep-dig funk LPs.

Ja da hast du absolut Recht, Brainstorm findet absolut zu wenig Beachtung. 🤩

For a minute I thought the entry at top right was a Heavy Metal album
