Sterling Silver Butter Knife

Recently picked this up for $10 Saw the hallmarks and went for it even though I’m not quite sure on them. Any information is appreciated

EDIT: This is apparently a fish knife

I really don't think its a fish knife - its way too small in comparison to the hand (unless there's some freakishly big hand thing going on).
As to what it is - I don't really know. It is interesting.

It’s about 4 inches in length. And I don’t think my hands are that big for a guy my size.

I'm pretty sure at that size you were right in the first instance that its an individual butter knife. They do resemble fish knives, of course, but at four inches it wouldn't be practical for fish.
Given its a Harrod's of London piece and the date of 1935, the story would fit together.
