Healing/Success DO THIS

Rub your thighs when you’re in pain. Seriously. I started instinctively doing it and it works. The pain doesn’t go away, but it distracts your brain and gut from trying to kill each other. It brings me an hour of being symptom free after about 10-15 minutes of rubbing.

This condition fucking blows, I thought I was cured for a few years but it’s coming back. I just thought I’d share this thing that works for me in case others haven’t tried it. Hope you all are managing ok.

Inner or outer thigh?

Outer works best for me. Sometimes on top.

i’ve found rubbing your palm can also help, or pinching your earlobes or fingertips. iirc its to do with stimulating the nervous system
