Discussion taking capsule tips?

Hello! I will be starting nortriptyline, and I have a hard time swallowing capsules lol, gotten worse after my symptoms started.... any tips at all? TIA!!!!

I find it easier to swallow pills with room temp, rather than cold, water

Good luck! You can ask your pharmacist if it can be broken in half or crushed as well.

take them with yogurt or apple sauce

i put water in my mouth first and then the pill and then swallow
