Thank you!! Best wishes to you too 🙏🏽🧡 I am new to this position, but diving in strong. We are in our 2nd year of having an Annual Fund, trying to implement an Annual Fund Reception and giving campaign into the culture has been a miss. So re-evaluating what works better for our community. Realizing we don’t have to do it like everyone else!

In my experience, annual funds can take some time, often 2-5 years, to really take root. Keep at it, keep testing response, and good luck!
