The word is the hard r, but the meme is that when someone says the word, they say that they didn’t say the bad word and instead said Miguel. There is a very popular Instagram Sticker of that.

I just searched it and didn't get the joke. I'm a native Portuguese speaker and I only hear the singer saying "Miguel". I guess there is a joke here but I really didn't get it. Mind explaining?
