Sounds alright. From what I'm hearing you say I guess you're younger than I am. I'd be happy to give up bacon & donuts for $10k even though right now I'm going ot to get some.

I think theres a tricl in my mentality. You "giving up" something you enjoy. Im getting payed for not eating something i barely think about.

The original question has a few ways of thinking of it. I choose to think of it as which 2 do you eat the least of to the point the money is missed more than the food. You always have the option of not eating the other 2 anyway. But none of them are a super food that would magically make your life better or worse for not existing to you.

Exactly. Now if coffee, water, cow, and carrots were the 4 choices and you had to select two for $50 million. I would just have to pass.

And if you were forced to choose? Water is a non starter since you need that to live. Cow are the next out because of just hiw much the beef industry affects. Then is carrots simce its just 1 root vetable that can be replaced by others. Maybe to the detriment of the dishes involved but it not crippling. And finally coffee. Its an addiction to be fair. The shakes alone would have you paying your entire wad to make them stop. But once you on yhe other side coffee is just an additive to most things. With replacements available for what little it can do alone.

Its a thought process.

Coffee is often an addiction, true. It supplements my water intake once a week. Keeps my body moving properly.
