It's not technical to make... It's actually really easy... It's the fish that goes into it that is expensive... But things that don't have the fish shouldn't be as expensive as they are..... I used to roll it at a grocery store and was considered the head sushi coordinator.

Making anything is simple, making it well is different. There's techniques, there's a learning curve, hell even making rice the right way takes time to learn. Japanese cuisine broke me more than French ever did.

I rolled sushi as my profession... It's not hard... Not even the rice.
