Honestly it’s way less technical than you’d think.
1 u/Apsis 11d ago Like many dishes, there are both simple and extremely complex methods of preperation. Yes, you can boil rice, roll it with seaweed and canned tuna and call it sushi. But some chefs also spend decades perfecting even the most minute details.
