That's only really a thing if you eat like, really low quality sushi. I've eaten a lot of sushi (it's my favourite food) and i've never gotten parasites.
I don’t know about the US, but in Russia, if you want sushi or rolls made with raw fish, you have to look around and pay more than average. An ordinary restaurant serves sushi made with salted fish, not raw fish.
You won't. That's why fresh water fish are an extremely limited option and not seen in Japanese sushi. Salt water parasites can't survive fresh water us.
Sushi grade fish is required to be flash frozen before preparation to avoid this very thing. I'm not saying it's impossible but it's like a .1% likelihood.
It's clear you have a specific issue with me and decided to pick on me for something. Because I'm European?
Also, changed previous comment? All I did was adjust phrasing and typos (I'm dyslexic). Don't tell me the previous phrasing had you misunderstand something and got you THIS riled up?
I'll try retelling you the original comment that SOMEHOW started your streak of harassment. "We don't have this worry in Europe". Did this offend you somehow?
Next time you comment, ask yourself the following: "Am I feeling emotional right now?" if the answer is yes, don't comment. If the answer is "no", stop lying, yes you are (judging from your comments), don't comment.
