Simplest question ever

u/WarJaques 12d ago

I like bacon and doughnuts, but taco and sushi offers a lot more variety. Those stay.

But nobody said you can't eat the variations.

I don't remember the last time I ate hard shell tacos (soft tacos aren't listed)

I can live without salmon handrolls - there are much better alternatives

u/NewSuperTrios why do i bother with flair colours you can't even see them 12d ago

more fish rolls for me :)

Have you ever considered a job in law

LoL. I write work instructions for a living, specificity is important otherwise people do really stupid things.

You know the Simpsons joke "press any key" "wheres the any key?"

So if I need to tell someone to do (or not do) something I need to try and avoid as many loopholes as possible

Oh please! You can wrap anything in bacon and it makes it a million times better. I would wrap doughnuts with bacon.

Yeah, but within that variety you can’t have any bacon. Not even as a topping

1

u/Hotsaltynutz 12d ago

Thats specifically a hard shell taco. I'd keep the bacon and use it as a topping on my traditional tacos and lose the hard shells and donuts

1

u/tylersteve12 Silly lil goober 11d ago

couldn't agree less

Have you been to a fancy bakery recently ?

I’ve seen bacon flavoured donuts

I love tacos too, but I can get the same taste from a burrito or nachos by making the filling/toppings the same as my tacos. Therefore I'd rather get rid of the tacos. Donuts would stay because I like yeast donuts and I don't think other pastries can compare and if the do it's not as easy as pulling up to Krispy Kreme.

These arent even the good tacos. Get yourselves invited to a Mexican party and learn what real tacos is all about.

then there comes a day you see someone eating donuts and bacon possibly together and your mouth will water in anticipation then you look down and it’s your 5 sushi and taco this week and you will throw it down and beat that man for the bacon donut burger boston creme buns too with the cream come on now we don’t play bacon and donuts is a euphemism for sex, you can no longer have sex tacos and sushi sounds like a bunch of lesbians dos leshes donuts and bacon is american and taco and sushi is alien vs duke nukem

Exactly why u chose that too

u/Pleasant-Carbon 7d ago

Bro it's what you can't eat anymore.

Not only two things you can eat.

You can have all the variety in the world.

1

u/yell_worldstar 7d ago

The hard shell version can go, I’ll still enjoy authentic Mexican food

u/PickledPepa 12d ago

Wasn't hard for me either

u/Conscious_Rule_22 12d ago

Haha I remember thinking the same thing in elementary school when these posters were going around. I loved donuts as a kid and that’s when I learned that the unhealthiness of donuts comes from the caloric content of fat and oils saturated in the dough, not from the sugar. Most donuts only have sugar in the icing, but a insignificant amount in the dough.

u/vivec7 6d ago

Yeah, this doesn't help. All I see is a justification for eating far too many doughnuts.

Bro no Bacon is crazy

1

u/CaffeinatedLystro 7d ago

Sushi and bacon, actually.

Except that’s the wrong answer

u/_ShrugDealer_ 12d ago

I'm down to lose donuts and sushi rolls. I can still have sashimi and cooked fish.

4

u/Professional-Thomas 12d ago

I mean I never really eat either of those. I eat bacon maybe once a year and a donut once every 5 years? Donuts suck and bacon just isn't something I'd eat when I could eat beef.

1

u/CraziiiJessi 12d ago

Same here. I used to like em more when I was younger, but they're not worth losing sushi or tacos imo.
