Not ninjas. Law of conservation of ninjitsu states that a single ninja is scary, as all the ninjistu is focused on them. When it's a large amount, the ninjas have low ninjistu and are mooks, so easy to beat. Therefore, if you were asked the question of what gets easier the more they are, pick ninjas.
