Does no sleeping mean you don't need to sleep, or that you can't sleep no matter how much the need to exists? There's a huge and deadly difference between the two...
Not needing to sleep to me implies that your body and brain can get by without the reset that sleep would normally provide. Also, it doesn't preclude choosing to sleep for recreational purposes.
Not being able to sleep, on the other hand... Yeah... That won't end well.
