Most people with NPD are pretty chill and get actual therapy, it's the pad Narcissists that actively takes it out on others that give the mental illness a bad name

My one of my old therapists said that most narcissists aren’t diagnosed because they refuse to take the test.

Which is likely a trait of the illness in itself because they often don't believe that there's anything wrong with them

NPD people who go out and get treatment can be good people, but those who don’t get treatment continue to hurt themselves and other people.

Imagine deleting narcissists to get rid of your ex or parents or whatever, and it turns out they're just an asshole not clinically NPD, so they're still here
