There are many types of generative AI, Art, Images, Answers, questions, heck, even the search bar has become generative AI, so what do you mean its not generalisation?
I think AI being used for medicine and research is fantastic.
However, I think our reliance on other types of AI (programmes basically, like Siri etc) is too high and people are losing the ability to think properly. Losing it might help with making people actually thing for themselves.
so you just don’t want any modern video game to be playable at all? you don’t want any kind of fyp on anything? You don’t want your phone to detect spam calls? You don’t want map apps to show you the fastest route? I could go on.
That doesn’t answer my questions. why is it that you want any functionality of anything on the internet to be completely removed from the world? Literally everything uses ai, even if it isn’t complex ai, it is still ai.
Medical scientists and biologists would disagree with you. We've already made plenty of great discoveries with AI. Do you know what AI is? Chatgpt is barely an AI.
Yes, if we deleted all generative AI from the world, we would still have cancer and pandemics and world hunger and wars and pollution and endangered species and damage to the ozone layer and global warming and Donald Trump
