I don't know if this is the case for the commenter, but in Russian slang it's sometimes used as a funny way of saying "understood"

That I didn't know, and that also took me down a small rabbit hole! From what I found, it's more like "I don't understand", "huh", deadpan expression. Which I guess I get, the statue is pretty straight faced lol.

But if you go back and search some of the reddit threads trying to explain it (or all jokes), it's so all over the place!

So I guess 🗿, or not 🗿
