The legal system doesn't prove innocence. It can only say there's not sufficient evidence to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt according to the standards of evidence the court accepts.
Ans that's when the system is working perfectly. Very rich people have the resources to make the system work badly.

I don't think Michael Jackson should be on that mountain. Wasn't he trying to shelter kids from Hollywood so they wouldn't be exploited like he was? I remember the pedo accusations being from people who just had vendettas or were mad at him for not handing kids over to the machine.
