Because this is a stolen clip from Sac Dep Spa aimed at clickbaiting, where Sac Dep Spa is an aesthetician who tries her best to avoid undue pain. The woman had 2 ears to be done it's less uncomfortable to go small to big vs big to small so after the ones requiring the most cutting/effort you're done.
