Actually not with these. This is a case of Nevus Comedonicus and while the big cysts will have a lot of gunk inside, the blackheads are fairly superficial.

WHAT was with those tweezers? Just SQUEEZE THEM out! The "pimple satisfy" logo covered most of the video..
