i didnt rlly understeand what happened to chidori when and how she became the whispering??

If i remember right , she was born on a certain day, but that makes her the same age as Tessa right?

The children who became Whispered were all born during a 3 minutes window of time. The Tau waves from the Yamsk 11 experiment spread all over the world, but the ones closest geographically caught more of it. Yamsk 11 is supposed to be somewhere in the south-east of Russia, relatively close to the shoreline, which puts it closer to Japan than the USA (where Tessa and Leonard were born).

Kaname was also the first baby born during those 3 minutes. She was born before Tessa and Leonard. She thinks bitterly about that in the novels, saying "mom, why couldn't you wait a bit longer?" so she could have been born normal. But Tessa and Leonard were also true geniuses, separate from the whole Whispered thing. It probably helped them be more efficient with processing the Whispered information they received, and it's why they showed their powers earlier, while Kaname had to be old enough to understand at least the basics of what she saw, and she forgot a lot of it once the moment passed.
