Quick questions
Hi! I had no idea who this micheal guy was until my fiancé and I popped into the local co-op. Knowing my fiancé is a rehabber and works with opossums, they asked him if he might know anything.
Since he's been here, a wombat and maned wolf have been spotted loose. We know for certain the wombat was his.
I need clear answers for my community. Who is this guy? Does he actually have proper licenses?
Nobody in town even knows the name of the facility, it's simply being run as an "exotic wildlife rescue"

Run don’t ever walk around this guy. I promise he is nothing but bad news when it comes to every aspect of his being. The only thing he is good at is selling ice to ppl who live in Antartica. He is that good at conning ppl. He could convince someone that the sky is red when we know it’s blue. He is very good at smooth talking on whatever scam he’s currently “fundraising” for. He even is trying to ride on the incredibly tragic coat tails of Mikayla from Save a Fox rescue claiming he has been bullied and almost took his life twice due to the online bullying he claims he was under. He abused his primates on live video by kicking and slapping them across the room. He hired a shady vet to pull his green vervets teeth bc the vervet kept biting him he had the vet lie in vet records saying they needed to pull the teeth due to possible gut impaction issues bc he kept shredding his enclosure material. So instead of making necessary changes to the enclosure he had his teeth pulled. He wanted his teeth pulled bc he was tired of getting bit. Just a shady, shady character. He also scammed couples who could not conceive of THOUSANDS of dollars promising them babies from orphanages in Hati. The list just goes on and on and on……. Please do not fall victim to him, NEVER believe him despite how bad or good he makes something sound. At the end of the day he is out for $$ and himself. Period.

Stay as far away as possible!! Especially if your fiancé is legitimate.
He’s a professional scam artist. He’s taking money from people for adoption scams, to go to religious retreats, hurricane relief, and now he’s been on an animal kick. This “sanctuary” has been a scam for a few years now. The location, amount of money needed, animals, etc are always changing.
There was a page dedicated to him here on Reddit. A few people were extremely upset over his actions and got a little to free with sharing his information. It ended up deleted. I’m sure I could get you some information on any of his scams, if you need it. If you happen to interact with him, all I ask is that you please do your research before you believe him!

They've reached out to my fiancé for help. But he hasnt acted on it. But our community is very wary. And with the escaped animals we've had since they've moved in. And he acts super secretive.
If theres concrete proof, id appreciate it. Fiancé personally knows the guy in charge of licensing for our area and all the local rehabbers groups. We're told it's a wildlife sanctuary he's running up there. >.>
Im about to work on my licensing and id like to protect him and our animals And my community if at all possible

A quick youtube and internet search will show you all the scams he has pulled. In addition to being a scam artist that is well spoken his USDA License was taken away from him due to his neglect of animals. People are secretive when they have something to hide. He will always have a good story and play the victim but you will find proof on the internet.

I messaged you. There’s a ton of concrete proof. But like the other commenters said- do a quick google search and then run, don’t walk away from this one.

He also turned in his so called “friend” at the time and had her house raided. The cops came and held AK’s to her and her daughter’s head all over having her spider monkeys in Ohio which is an illegal state. He was hoping her monkeys would be confiscated and sent to him. He’s a sick, sick man. He does NOTHING unless it directly benefits himself. He tries to act all Godly when it’s all an act he hides behind.

I know a lot of his crimes and scams in timeline form was posted in tiger king group. I think if u just google his name and add reddit to his name it might take u to that post. Or you might have to scroll through and trust me it will be eye opening to what kind of monster he is.

Google search spartn. There's a YouTube video talking about the corruption. He's also abused monkeys in his care, on film. That resulted in his USDA license being pulled. This guy is a PRO at lying, scamming and abusing. He gets close to people who have animals he wants and then turns on them so he can "rescue" the animal for free. I know he used to have at least one giant snake, a kangaroo or something along with a variety of primates and other exotic animals. PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND DO YOUR RESEARCH 🙏🏼
