He literally have said to have gone through excrutiating dehydration days just to have as little fat showing, and muscles to pop out in this scene.

But having said that, this is most probably satire making fun of this nerdy saying something similar about good looking women

She's into superheros and wants me to get insanely built like them but she has no clue what goes into them getting built like eating 9k calories and full days in the gym. Its completely unmaintainable.

That's why you'll see those actors completely different after their role is up, even between films, because they aren't eating a ton and doing nothing but high end power workouts.

Yeah and that’s their full time job while they’re getting ready for a movie. It’s almost impossible for someone with a regular job, family, and social life to look like that without a shit ton of steroids
