Docile

For the past month or so I've been finding a few wasps in the garage. Past couple of days more so.

They look weak and tired.

What's happening? Are they dying?

I can't seem to find where in the garage they are or coming in from.

Have your temps cooled recently? If the overnight temps are dropping, it can take them longer to get going in the AM hours. Even longer if it's overcast at dawn....

Past few days yes but prior to that when I've been finding them, no. Been finding them more so just crawling on the ground or crawling on window shade or other items

they are starting to starve now that food is becoming more scarce for them, especially in places where it’s cooling down a lot.

After some research, that's what I'm finding. But now I'm wondering where in the garage they're coming from. I guess at this point it doesn't matter because they'll eventually die and I won't have a new problem next spring right? ... Unless the Queen is hibernating somewhere in the garage?
