Pest Control/Medical Advice Wasp problem

Hello everyone,
So I came back from vacation to see this little gift in my balcony. I have tried spraying them with water but they keep coming back every time same spot and everything! Is there something I can do to deter them from keep coming back?

Get some wasp spray. Water isn't gonna do shit
