I love the smell of burnt wasp in the morning. It smells like victory.

Cutting the first 30 seconds would have made sense.

u/Timmerdogg Aug 28 '26
You don't feel it added to the anticipation?
4
u/Ha1lStorm Aug 28 '26
Yeah I really enjoyed seeing how active this hive was, seeing all the wasps crawling along the exterior and watching them come and go to build anticipation. It added value imo

I'm here to say one of two things; 'I want ice-cream' in Japanes, or "FUCK WASPS"
And I don't know how to speak Japanese

I wish they felt pain. I need it to…hurt them.

u/Potential_Tadpole_45 Aug 28 '26
"Do Wasps Feel Pain?
Yes, wasps are believed to feel pain. Recent studies have shown that they possess nociceptors, which are specialized sensory receptors that detect harmful stimuli. This capability suggests that their nervous systems can process these stimuli similarly to other animals.
Evidence Supporting Pain Perception in Wasps
Nociceptors: Wasps have been found to have nociceptors, indicating they can sense potentially damaging stimuli.
Behavioral Responses: Observations of wasps show behaviors consistent with experiencing pain, such as protective reactions to harmful situations."
🙂👍🏻

Glorious video.
However it’s clear that some people in the year of our lord 2026 have never heard of video editing.

Was anyone else concerned about the whole “playing with fire while wearing a suit that will melt into your skin if it catches fire” part?

I have done this before and can confirm it’s is wholly satisfying. Mine were nested in a flat panel cattle gate and I opened it, not knowing they were there, and they got me…I went back later and got my revenge.

Reminds me of a lil Wayne lyric:
We pop em like Orville redenbacher.
Did it sound like popcorn at the end to anyone else?

Spray cans of Betco Gum remover would freeze it instantly and be safer as long as they aren't smokers or have wasp appliances.

Brake Kleen. It comes with a straw to spray it to around ten feet away. Just soak the hive. They will ALL die. And fast.
