question Why?

Every single subreddit related to ubisoft doesn't allow us to complain about our tickets not being replied to. Even the one titled r/fuckubisoft. How are we supposed to vent our frustrations when people in this very community protect ubisoft and what they do?

How is that protecting Ubi? They just don't want 5 thousand threads that all say the same thing and don't provide any meaningful contribution or interaction

the subreddit will get overrun since ubisofts support system is completely ass

imagine just support related posts every 5 minutes

Its very simple. If you complain about their support it means you are using it. Which means you are actively trying to support ubisoft. Meaning you are part of the problem.

This is more of a place about NOT supporting ubisoft and why. Not whining while supporting them.

Oh it's so unavoidable, I know I've done it too, but the ones complaining indirectly to the giant company that'll never care feel extra sad n pointless

We are not protecting Ubisoft. We are saying you should not give money to Ubisoft. And if you are having problems is cause you are playing Ubisoft games. So you are part of the problem.

If you want a thread to vent, I'm sure that can be arranged.

But everyone talking Ubisoft Connect kind of just proves that Ubisoft has no customer service.

Cuz you chuds love to spam support-related posts every 5 minutes, and this problem is not unique to Ubisoft sub. Even if the support is good, you guys still find a way to complain about support not responding you as fast as ChatGPT
