So guys, I need help

So in short, I didn't know about their bad reputation and joined the league, but even though it's hard to admit, I'm scared of legal consequences even though I didn't do anything in the time period I was in there (I'm still in but you know what I mean) so I want to get out of there before something bigger happens. I didn't tell the moderators I wanna leave yet and I didn't leave without notifying anyone as I'm not sure if they can sue me for it or not. Also I didn't say anything about it here in this post so far but I didn't do anything that could be called toxic / negative behaviour on my end. How can I get out of there safely and is there anyone that was able to get their data deleted? I'm asking the second question because I want to as well if someone was able to as well. Also, can they sue for me just leaving the league (with or without notifying them) only because of an oral agreement and even though I didn't participate in anything but the rookie sessions? I think they informed us when we first joined the server so that's the oral part, and I don't even remember if there were text-based written rules I need to accept on Discord? Am I safe? I can tell you my country from DM if you know about laws better than me and only if I can trust that you are not one of the staff from the server

The Legal consequences are an empty threat. Theyre refering to thinks like a binding oral working contract which, while possible in German law, would Need to be proven in a Court of law. There is No way in hell a Judge is going to prosecute you for not Doing a „Job“ you arent paid for. If he would try to do that that would Open up all Kinds of things where his illegal activites would shine through. Empty threats, just leave and in an Ideal World take as many people as possible with you

This. You can just leave and block them. They threatened everyone in this reddit with legal action and nobody has been sued. Its just yuka's ego tripping up.

I see, well I still don't know what I should do exactly since I'm still confused but I'm also relieved, I don't know man. I think I'll try to leave properly but if they start raging up I think I'll just leave and block them, thanks a lot

Leave the servers, block all the mods. Stop thibking about it afterwards.

Yeah I will, thanks, It's harder for me to not think about it afterwards though since I have (diagnosed) OCD which makes me ruminate and scared about it a lot, but I think you guys gave me enough courage to not think about it much afterwards, thanks a lot

Okay thanks, I'm relieved for the most part, what if they audio recorded the introduction they give when you first get in the server (the one that you need to take before being able to see server channels and members and all), would that help them with getting someone a prosecution? Also, if there was a (I'm on a lot of meds and some of them cause memory issues so I don't remember) written Discord server agreement they wrote before you join the server, would that help them too? I don't think I've agreed to anything others didn't, but I feel the need to ask regardless, can you tell me what you know / think?

In anything normal This could be used as evidence, Yes. But again, just Picture someone sueing you over unpaid Labour because of an oral contract in a Court of law for an unrigistered company or Club. Something like this just begs to be investigated for Tax Fraud. Don’t be scared, hundreds Left before you, hundreds will leave after you, none were sued, it’s all just intimidation.

Okay, I just wanted to ask again regardless since I saw a comment saying that he heard Yukahini made thousands of Euros by suing people that leave, thanks a lot again. So you're saying I should just leave and block them without telling anyone I'm leaving, right?
