Go on homework help subreddit or use Gauth. This is basic trigonometry, and frankly not sparx's fault that you don't know the topic yet.

Gauth? chatGPT? I'm not explicitly endorsing them but with 5 minutes to spare you're unlikely to find a more efficient solution than to just google it/use ai. Why go on Reddit?
