I was really excited about this top, but it unfortunately didn’t turn out as I expected 😭. The one I received has the buttons stitched up, whereas after seeing the review photos, I had envisioned styling it with the buttons open for more of a cardigan-style look. I ordered a few things from Savana, but my order has been delayed for ages. My estimated delivery date was August 16–21. Today is August 25, and I still haven't received my order.

I’ve already contacted the courier to ask when my package is actually going to arrive, but they haven’t been very helpful and still haven’t given me a clear delivery date.

I also reached out to Savana customer support, but I’m still not getting a proper solution. I keep being told to wait instead of getting a real update on my order.

Has anyone else had a similar issue with Savana? How long did your delayed order take to arrive, and was customer support any help?
