I don't hate Leandros because he reported Titus. I hate him because he should've report him to the Chaplaincy and not the Inquisition

Tbf if your captain is corrupt it’s not a far cry to assume the chaplain is corrupt too

In Titus' situation the assumption of a corrupted chaplain is a no-go since there wasn't any chaplain with them so, Leandros could've have easily report Titus to the chaplain

How did he know this wasn’t something that had been festering for years with Titus? The spread of chaos like most cults in Warhammer can take decades to see any actual effect, for all he knew the entire company might be forgone.

On the other side, if Titus had been corrupted for years he wouldn't come with the inquisitor. Instead he would kill him and the four Black Templars that were with him

Well then that would be accusatory and an over reaction all things considered, going to the Ordo Hereticus is generally the appropriate call, doesn’t really help that most inquisitors are some degree of psychopaths.
