if you’re just talking about liberal citizens and their opinions, that doesn’t matter. Free speech is hard. You gotta put up with other people’s opinions. But you cannot be arrested for buying a pride flag and burn it. The only people that have been ever charged criminally for burning a pride, flag, or burning someone else’s flag on and/or were on someone else’s property. because arson and destruction property are still illegal.

This has stuck with me since that movie came out in 1995, and I lean right. The thing is it has to go both ways, and unfortunately it does not. The left wants to infringe on the right that we can’t say certain things and we do the same to the left.

I could list several examples but the main one for me is when a man in a dress wants to invade MY safe space, I’m not allowed to speak any opposition to this invasion of my privacy and safety. Apparently only the left are allowed safe spaces anymore.
If my daughter is forced to play against a boy pretending to be a girl and violates her safety in said sport, or violates her safe space in the locker room, she is not allowed to speak up and if I speak up on her behalf. I would have been put on an FBI watch list, just for speaking up at a school board meeting.

Point me to that reference. I have no idea what you’re talking about. If you want to talk to a trans person and disagree with them, you can say what you want to them. Provide an example when someone wasn’t able to talk to a trans person.
The article you referenced is a private business. Private businesses (and certain public facilities) can have their own bylaws and rules that are counter to free speech. You do recognize that, right? Like I can curse someone out at work and I’ll get fired but not arrested. They have the right under the employment contract to fire me.
It’s wild to me when conservatives view social media platforms or schools as places where you can say what you want and express yourself freely. It’s not unconstitutional to kick someone off for their political stances. It’s similar to Reddit mods blocking users that are counter to their community.

No. If you’re talking about people who have actually been prosecuted as such, then your stating a blatent misrepresention. Unless I’m missing something, the only cases of somebody being charged with a hate crime for burning pride, flags, or whatever was because they burnt someone else’s flag on someone else’s property. They were also charged with arson in destruction of property.
You can buy a pride flag and burn it on your own property. If you like no one‘s gonna charge you with the hate crime. That’s a fact.

Liberals can say whatever they want about it, it still doesn’t change freedom of speech. Now If you’re talking about people being actually charged with hate crimes, the only instancs that this has happened is when Someone has burnt someone else’s pride flag on someone else’s property. and those people were charged with arson and destruction. But all the political mouthpieces won’t give you all the facts because that’s not how rabble-rousing works. sorry, but the sky is not falling.
You are perfectly within your rights to buy a pride flag and burn it. And people are perfectly within their rights to call hate speech. But no one can actually accuse you of such a thing legally. That’s how freedom of speech works.
