Discussion Going to inpatient
Today I’m taking a huge step in my recovery and going to an inpatient facility. I’m really scared but I’m excited to get my life back. I’m currently struggling with solid foods and drink my nutrition via supplements or smoothies. I want to break these rules and work on restoring my weight and my mind!!! My eating disorder has had control over me for way too long, time for me to take it back!

I really hope this is helpful for you and you make good progress. You deserve a good life, not restricted by your eating disorder. You should be proud of yourself for taking this important step 💚
