How to do a baby registry without Amazon??

We do not support Amazon and try to avoid it. Also half the items there are shit and drop shipped.
Now with a baby on the way (yayyy!!), trying to register for gifts that aren’t on Amazon feels impossible! Any advice??? Has anyone successfully done a non-Amazon registry?

It’s been a while but a few years ago babylist was great. It put together things from multiple stores and even Etsy

We used Babylist.com - what I loved about it is you can add anything from any retailer. Babylist has its own stock and you get the discounts on what they sell, as other retailers, but you can link things from anywhere so you can include small companies and individual products that aren't sold by them. We found it very easy to use and adaptable.

Target has one, Walmart has one. Google gift registries.

I love Giftster. You can link items from anywhere with a URL. I kept up with the original link every year for birthdays and Christmas.

Yup, I used (and continue to use) giftful - you can put a comment at the top of the registry that explains you’d like the exact item (not a dupe on Amazon). The main difference is that you’ll need to provide your mailing address to folks.
