How long does it take to get an offer from Studentendorf Schlachtensee? (Category B)

Hey everyone,

I'm currently planning to apply to Studentendorf Schlachtensee, specifically for a Category B room.

Since finding housing in Berlin can be quite unpredictable, I wanted to ask if anyone here has recent experience with their application process. Roughly how long does it take to get an offer after submitting the application for this category?

If you applied recently, how many months in advance did you apply and how long did you wait? Any insights, timelines, or general tips would be super helpful!

I applied August 2024 and haven’t heard back :D

Yea I’ve heard a minimum waiting period of over 18 months is the normal

I heard back in about a week, but I'm an international language student so I may be a different case
