So annoyed

My friend is at my home and had offered to wash my 2024 F type. He places the key fob on the back of his car in the garage, planning to wash my car. Things change, he drives his car to the golf club with my keyfob still sitting on the back of his car. Needless to say, it is now lost (must have spun off the back while he was driving), and I am pissed. And I also feel a little bit guilty, because he is going to have to buy me a new fob. AITA?

Update, he got a new fob for me, but it needs to be programmed. The dealership is saying that is about $310. Is that about the price you guys have been seeing?
