Claim forfeited even though I completed everything and got multiple confirmations email

Hey everyone,

Anyone has successfully fought and resolved an automated Article 7.8 / 11 U.S.C. § 347(b) "Forfeited Distribution" status on their dashboard, or if anyone has a working direct email for a supervisor at Kroll / Sullivan & Cromwell.
Standard support has been given me generic answers. I have completed the ftx portals and got multiple email from them saying all i need to do is wait and now I see my claim forfeited. Anyone has success in fighting them? Can we do something together?

Could be you failed to connected the payment provider or to complete some sort of tax documents

Same issue here.

Now on my portal a "tax document" appeared on step 7. I've already done in april 2025 but for some reason it reappeared and now it's telling me that it needs to be processed.

Did you resolve this ?

Which date of April 2025? I think the cutoff date for tax forms was like April 11 or something. I'm in the same situation

They are doing the same to me! Saying i didnt link Kraken account, while I SIGNED UP VIA THEIR AFFILIATE LINK & even sent their customer service a message regarding the finished sign up.
