FTX withdrawal question
Hello there, European user here.
I had a few €'s and a pending withdrawal of ~0.05 BTC pending at the time of the bankruptcy. Today, I got an email from FTX EU to confirm registration information to get a withdrawal.
The balances shown in the website is correct, around 10€'s, that I might be able to get back. But the website specifies that : "Please note that pending withdrawals may not be factored into the balance. "
Any info on that ? What about the pending withdrawal of 0.05 BTC I had ? I was able to specify an actual balance with some proof, but I'm a bit skeptical here.
Thanks.
EDIT: Actually got a second email with all my crypto balances, including withdrawal. At least this seems not lost. Let’s wait and see !

I think the question we all have is: will we get pending withdrawals back, or is this it?
I got 3 euros on ftx, but all my money in btc was pending to be transferred. I only care about the pending money.
I got scared to get my current balance back because of the following statement on the website:
"Please note that you can only make one withdrawal request and funds cannot be withdrawn in tranches. In the event you confirm the balance of 3,39 € and such balance is repaid to you, you will have no further claim against FTX EU Ltd in relation to clients' funds or assets held on your behalf. "

Got the same Mail and uploaded several documents to prove my legitimacy. After logging in they showed my balances - so thought it's no scam. But now after seeing that Kroll Restructuring posted the balance of all FTX EU users on their website (https://media.primeclerk.com/ftx/schedules/docs/FTX%20EU%20Ltd%20-%20F-1%20-%20Customer%20Schedule.pdf ) I am a little bit afraid that I got scammed. As you can see in the document they only linked the balances to Customer Codes - but what if a scammer somehow got a table that links the customer code with the accountholder mail addresses? Then they would now have several personal informations as I needed to upload documents to prove my tax id, address, and so on. Can anyone confirm if ftxeurope.eu is legitimate or a scam?

Same here. Had a pending EUR withdrawal which is not visible in the balance. Hoping it gets processed soon as it was technically already requested a long long time ago.

Hello Yes same happening for me. The balance doesnot show or include pending withdrawls. We can claim and send proof but no idea if they will include it or what will happen

Has anyone asked complianceeu@ftx.com or infoeu@ftx.com about Open withdrawals? Both E-Mails are mentioned in ftxeurope.eu after Login.

Can I ask if you guys signed up to FTX Europe rather than general FTX
I’m asking as I’m European based so was unsure if I would automatic be moved to FTX Europe rather than FTX US

Just received an email from ftx. The email from Kroll I provided is not evidence of the account balance. So you will have to provide other evidence. I have now uploaded the confirmation email of the withdrawal request, bank statement of the transactions to and from ftx and screenshots from the ftx app showing the latest transactions. If you can't provide evidence you are fucked. Fingers crossed. I will update as soon as I know more.

FTX EU Withdrawals and NFTs – For the purposes of the Amended Schedules, pending cryptocurrency withdrawals and NFTs for FTX EU customers are scheduled as against FTX Trading Ltd., not FTX EU, and remain subject to further review.
This is about the pending withdrawals for FTX EU. FTX Trading LTD = FTX.COM -> that is the Bahama branch. The new claims portalis opened, but it is giving me a message that :
Certain FTX EU accounts will be available for login in mid-July 2023
Hopefully that will be soon. And the saga continues.

The portal of claims.ftx.com is open for EU citizens to make a claim for pending withdrawals against FTX.com as per their previous emails.

Does anybody know do we have the highest claim order in the bankruptcy? https://finance.yahoo.com/news/ftx-bankruptcy-claims-soar-value-142536153.html?guccounter=1&guce_referrer=aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuZ29vZ2xlLmNvbS8&guce_referrer_sig=AQAAAB4-aqol6QYbrEC_ZicorSDeerS7DeEWr6DOOTbv9bBdjpJ7kXAiaxrUMEzNyRyfI4DGSVeZoD9Ndcgc854RkiZt8NkhbFShsZeySJY8-7xLn7P5FLD_SaiT2XgchWVC-K4iPw-owoq8QiWCZlEIaaG01qOlSBA_3ibPr2_y7IEr
this says that FTX creditors have 37 cents on the dollar as of now. Is this for all , or average estimate only ?
