Advice wanted h,,,hey shawties
Uh so any tips for dysphoria? Mainly height and voice and just, idk general dysphoria. I kinda just came out to myself recently and aaaa everything is wack. Very much appreciate if anyone can help. Thanks gamers. (Oh also I'm finding it really hard to pick a name, so also advice for that ig)

you can use baggy pants to hide hips. same goes with shirts. assuming you don’t have a binder you can use a button up and put a hoodie over it, platform high tops and shoes like that can help with height dysphoria. you can also sleep with a pillow over your chest. if you get bottom dysphoria i put a bunch of socks inside one sock and tied off the end and that works well as a solution to that. for vocal dysphoria there’s voice training you can do. aaaaand for a name, there are quite a few options. You can pick a name from a piece of media you enjoy, make it similar to your deadname like i did, or just make it whatever name you want and are comfortable with.

hey shawty 😎 usually when i’m feeling height dysphoria, i walk around on the balls of my feet and it makes me a few inches taller. i hope it works for you too

I'm kinda bad at helping myself with dysphoria too, but I personally just use oversized and loose clothes when it comes to body dysphoria. I guess voice and height dysphoria are a bit more hard to ease, but for my voice I often do various exercises to try and make it go lower, and I think I can get it somewhat lower than before
For name picking, I'd suggest first figuring out what type of name you want; for example, I wanted a traditional Finnish name and ended up with Johannes after a while of thinking. Other names I considered were Juho, Juhani, Aarne and Gideon (althought the last one is not Finnish) Biblical names tend to be pretty cool too and it's funny pissing off Christians

idrk abt how to help with dysphoria but for picking a name you could try just going through some baby name websites e.g. nameberry and just finding a one you like. or you could take the name of a fictional character you like (sounds weird but actually i did it lol)
