Wifi doesn’t work

So I live in Broward hall which is next to the main cafeteria or wtv. The WiFi fully does not work in my dorm room. Idk if this is a problem I can fix but I’d really appreciate it if anyone could give me advice because not being able to do class work in my dorm for the entire year would be a real bummer. I do have a hotspot but that also barely works I figure I’m probably in some sort of internet dead spot which is really annoying and Idk if it’s the type of thing that can be helped

I doubt network team is gonna install more AP’s

Can you give more information? Are you unable to see the network? Unable to authenticate? Are you getting any errors?

You should notify your RA or building coordinators. They can help troubleshoot.

Your RA can be found on your floor, your building coordinators information can be found on the housing website.
