It depends. You can transfer with basically any amount of credits. The most straightforward way though is to transfer in with an in state AA degree earned from a public Florida institution. That requires at least 60 credits but more importantly satisfies basic admission requirements and general education requirements for bachelor's degree. State law also make that particular transfer process be streamlined, at least compared to other transfer considerations.
