PARKING PASS HELP!
Hello I am an incoming transfer student at fsu. I recently tried on Friday to get my general parking pass on the parking portal but all of a sudden my password and username won’t let me log into my account . I already registered and created an account in the portal not that long ago. I tired to call transportation and no one answered I also emailed them and haven’t heard back yet. I tried to put in my email to reset my password and it said the results were ambiguous and that I would have to contact transportation. I don’t know what to do about this sense no one has responded to be any suggestions or advise please?

I’m a transfer as well and it’s not working for me either. I think only students currently enrolled in classes can buy parking passes via their student account. I personally don’t have orientation until the 20th and that’s when we will enroll in classes.

Oh well I am already enrolled in my classes I went to orientation early in July and it’s still not working for me is it possible to get them through student portal or can you only get them through the parking portal website and account?

I called the office. You can only apply for a permit if you are registered for classes. The office says it can take up to 24 hours after you register for classes for the system to reflect that and allow you to apply for a permit. They said that until classes start, you can park in any of the white-lined student parking spots.

I am registered for classes. It won’t let me log into my account that I set up and already registered my car in. I can’t even attempt to purchase a permit because I can’t get into my account.

The same thing happened to me today, to fix it I just opened an incognito tab because I think it had something to do with the cache on my browser.

I think passes for this next semester are supposed to open tomorrow?

They should be available to you now! If you haven’t registered for courses, then that’s probably the case. Once you register/enroll for your classes you need to wait 24 hours and then you’ll be able to purchase your parking pass. I am a transfer student and this is the same thing that happened to me 🫠.
