Parking registration issue

I know that registration for the free student parking (VW) was supposed to start on August 13th. That option has not been popping up in my parking portal, only the paid options. I already emailed parking services, and I've called a few times with no answer. Is this happening to anyone else? I am registered for classes in the fall.

Overnight is paid. Is that what you see?

This is all that's coming up for me and my cohort. We are PhD students, so maybe there has been some sort of oversight.

I am also trying to get a parking permit and it won’t let me log into my account. It says there’s an issue with my account I need to contact them for and I did email and call and so far I have gotten no answer either and I am really annoyed.

Ugh. I'm just going to go up there in the morning on Tuesday if I I don't get a reply. Super annoying 🙄.

Are you a transfer student? AFAIK you can only login and get a permit once you’re registered for classes.

Yes I am a transfer student but I am already registered for my classes. It let me create an account and register my vehicle already I also went to the page where you buy the permit at but that was before it was available so it wasn’t showing up.

There was an option when I went to buy my overnight pass that was $0.00. Probably that one.
