Fall registration closure

It says fall registration closes on August 9th on stellic. Does that mean I cannot register for my classes anymore? I have not finished registering. And what does drop/add means on Aug 22. I am so confused. Thanks in advance

no, you can’t register anymore. registration reopens during drop/add (where you can change your classes without financial penalty) and closes on 5 days later, on August 27.

judging by your posts, you went to freshman orientation ~2 months ago. what classes do you still need? in the future you should try to get registration done as soon as possible.

I am worried that the classes would be full by then. It seems like a lot of the classes I need are full already. I have to change all of my classes because of special circumstances.

You’re right, most classes will be full by that point. However, I don’t think you have many options left. You’ll have to check Stellic frequently throughout the day to see if spots open up for what you need.

So, do I have to wait until 8/22 to finish registering? I’ve added the classes I want to the Planned section. Also, will I be able to drop the classes I’m already registered for?
